Denise Winters, RPR, RMRUpon graduation from high school, I attended Stenotype Institute of South Dakota in Sioux Falls, completing the program in September of 1982. My first job was in Missoula, Montana, where I worked as a freelance reporter. In 1983 I moved to Omaha, first working in the freelance field and then taking a position in 1990 with the State of Nebraska as an official court reporter. Over the years I have worked for several judges. I currently work for Judge Chad Brown in the Separate Juvenile Court of Douglas County. My interests include traveling, cooking, watching movies and various crafting projects. My two daughters, Rebecca and Megan, are my pride and joy. I enjoy serving the membership as treasurer for the Nebraska Court Reporters Association. |
