A nominating committee for the nomination of President, President-Elect, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Editor and two Member representatives shall be comprised of not less than two (2) members and the immediate Past President. The Immediate Past President shall be chairman of the nominating committee and shall vote during said committee meeting only in the event of a tie.
